Set comprises of a 8 inch chefs knife (2.5mm), 8 inch bread knife (2.5mm), 7.5 inch slicer knife (2.5mm), 4.5 inch utility knife (1.8mm), 3.5 inch paring knife (1.8mm) and 1 x wooden block. Wash with mild detergent in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly after use.
