For Fall 2013, Derek Lam showed a pared down collection of spare, clean-lined coats, capes, flat-front trousers and dresses. Playing with a palette of black, camel and oxblood red, Lam added texture and movement to pieces with 3D pleating, mosaic patchwork details and boucle-embroidered lace.
