The 1-3/4" diameter mouth of the glass is just right for enjoying your favorite champagne. All of the glasses in the collection (red wine, white wine and champagne) are extra tall and well-balanced. Look at them on the dinner table and the presentation is also simplified...each glass is exactly the same height. Creating order where a chaotic jumble of heights usually exists. The foot is pulled as the glass is being formed--not added after the fact, as on most wine glasses. So, there's no odd little bump at the bottom of the stem to interrupt the perfectly clean lines.
