It is oven safe up for temperatures of up to 260C and suitable for use with all hobs, including induction. Other features include a tough, non-stick 'Prometal pro' interior and an indicator which lets you know when the pan has reached the right cooking temperature. The handles are riveted with silicone inserts for comfortable grip.
