The highly conductive induction base is suitable for all hob types, while the 'Thermospot technology' is made to indicate when the pan has reached the correct temperature. The 'Prometal Pro' non-stick coating comes with a life time guarantee and is safe to use with most metal utensils. The new ergonomic stainless steel handle is made with a silicone insert, which is oven safe for temperatures of up to 260C.
