This white double sided peeler from Joseph Joseph is a unique design solution to the issues of safety and convenience in the kitchen. Its two sharp stainless-steel blades at either side of the peeling unit can be safely hidden inside rubberised grips. To use them, simply pull back the guards to reveal the required blade - whether that be the standard or the julienne. Then rotate the rubber blade head and slide it back into the unit to lock before use. Also included in the design is a potato-eye remover.
