Nails Inc Portobello Road Latex Nail Polish Portobello Road is a petal pink latex effect polish. Latex effect polish applies glossy but tries to a latex/waxy finish that looks and feels like latex. RAW materials have been blended to create this brand new texture. We recommend applying two coats of Latex effect polish. Leave the first coat to dry for one minute before applying the second coat. Do not use a top coat as this will take away the effect.
